Astronomy and Astrophotography Day in the Ayllu de Solor that lasts 2hrs20, 4 didactic astronomy activities are developed, ideal for beginners who like to learn about the night sky and have their first interaction with telescopes, cameras, the stars and the universe. The activities are designed for 15 passengers, which has a price of 25,000CLP per person and includes:

1️. Transportation from meeting point at Calle Ignacio Carrera Pinto 480

2. Observing with 5 Cassenagrain and Robson computerized telescopes from 8 to 16

3. Astronomy talk with celestial and laser planispheres

4. Astrophotographs by family group and one individual

Due to the Covid-19 context, in our Coffee break we deliver a box lunch that is accompanied with: Pisco Sour, red wine, beer, juice, tea and coffee.

ASTROTOURISM?

HOW MANY PHOTOS DOES THE TOUR INCLUDE?

The REGULAR tour includes personal and family photographs, example: a married couple takes 3 photos; alone and one together.

WHO IS THE GUIDE OF OUR TOUR?

Our guide is a professor of positional astronomy and astrophotography, a specialist in didactics, school astronomy workshops and astro-tourism guide training.

WHAT IS OUR OBSERVATION AREA LIKE?

It is divided into 3 zones

PITCH AREA: Synthetic grass, designed for chatting with the world map, constellations and telescope observation

AUDIOVISUAL ROOM AREA: Room with projector, computer, audio and heating. Coffee break tables and chairs,

ASTROPHOTOGRAPHY ZONE: Spot designed with a SOUTH-EAST orientation, towards the milky way for a wide-field Astrophotography session.
